This remodeled and newly furnished villa with Sunset views from screen patio that is loaded with amenities including its own canal for your boat (Bimini Tops only due to Watson St bridge) fishing, swimming, kayaking and quick access to explore the Backcountry, Gulf and Atlantic Ocean. Outside you'll find a gated property with manicured landscaping featuring dozens of tropical plants and trees. Coconut, Banana, and numerous varieties of palm trees can be found on the property. Key Deer can be frequently spotted nearby.
Inside you'll find an "open concept" spacious living room dining/kitchen area featuring a new 65 inch Samsung Smart-TV, full wi-fi/internet access, large sectional and dining table, and full kitchen with island seating. The living/dining room double-door fully opens to a large covered screened patio with outdoor sectional and seating area to enable indoor/outdoor living. The kitchen is fully stocked with a brand new Stainless Steel refrigerator, dishwasher, and full size stove/oven and Microwave oven. Bedroom # 3 is the "bunk room" featuring a Twin over Full bunk bed with storage underneath and another twin bed. This room also includes a large closet and a 43-inch Smart-TV. Bathroom # 2 is a full bath with a shower/tub conveniently located between Bedroom #2 and #3. All Bedding and Linens are supplied. Two Kayaks (one single, one tandem) are also included for your use.

Bahia Honda national park and beach is minutes away, just past it is the world famous "7 mile" bridge that takes you to Marathon Key and all of its amenities including Sombrero Beach. Big Pine Key has a full service shopping center including a Winn Dixie Supermarket/liquor store, Pizza place, Chinese food, coffee/bagel shop, etc. World famous "No Name" Pub is located within walking distance of the villa and several other restuarants are located on Big Pine Key.
